Coffee Types
The history of coffee does not belong very much long. In other words it is not too much long. But its fame got across the globe. Almost countries all over the world are being entertained by small beans of the coffee. it is very difficult to say about exact figures and dates of discovery of coffee. But according to historian of coffee its dates go back to the 800s when a goat discovered it. According to this event, the goat herder and his one goat tired for taking rest they went into a tree, there some bushes he and his goat ate some of them, after very short time they got back all of their energies. The goat herder surprised and he told this story to others. This was the beginnings of coffee usage for getting back the freshness. These bushes were found in East Africa.
When the dates reached into 1100s these bushes were boiled and roasted by the Arabs. They use it into a drink. But according to some historians coffee beans were first used by monks. The usage of coffee beans continued by the Arabs they led these there where they ruled. When Muslims ruled over the Spain they took these beans also in Spain. These beans was time entered into the Europe. From there these beans continued to travel to Italy, other European countries. When the European ruled over the world then they took these beans also to those countries where they were ruling. They carried these beans to USA. This was the first entrance of coffee beans to USA. This is the story of coffee spreading over the world.
As these coffee beans reached in different countries, from there were similar beans also discovered. All these beans were used and these beans are being used for getting freshness. There are many types of coffee. and these different types of coffee beans have different tastes also. Now a group of coffee beans is playing with the people to getting the freshness. These tastes are in the range to bold dark roasts to vanilla and Hazelnut infused. Actually the coffee tastes were derived from two main types of coffee beans. These beans are Arabica and Robusta. These coffee beans are used to produce the coffee or these are the major helpers of coffee production.
Ethiopia is the origin of Arabica beans. The coffees prepared with these beans are gentle and quite aromatic. These beans are being used in world’s 70% coffee production. These beans come at high in height and boom in mild climates. They are destroyed by heavy frost.
The planting of second type of coffee beans is easy to grow and less fickle than Arabica coffee beans. As they easy to plant but a misfortune has attached with these beans, these beans are not much popular than other coffee beans. There are many reasons beside it. But most famous reason is that it has lot of caffeine than Arabica beans.
